In these first 55 years, I've gone from writing poetry in my basement bedroom to wandering through countries alone when I did not speak the language, and managed to have adventures to enhance embodiment of mystic existence - or, in communion with earth and our universe - where acknowledgment of sentience in everything is key. I'm committed to being kind and honest, and pushing a bit to activate areas of blindness in our world.
At University I got a degree in Environmental Design, and I also became ill with an auto-immune disorder I believe was activated because I did not see a way to align with our planet and share the parts of life I had become incarnate for. I became a bodyworker in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, which evokes atunement within the body while in earth's gravity field, and found it allows for more relaxed presence in myself and my clients. I branched out to include ontology - or the study of being - through Landmark Education's core curriculum of workshops to face oneself, and continued seeking out such experiences: The range was from workshops in kenisthetic and meta realms, to engaging conversations with all walks of life, to listening deeply with the aid of entheogens such as Ayahuasca.
I gave up my attempts to be a 'regular' society member in my 40s, and spent a decade wandering. The first 5 years, working on a novel exploring presence and consciousness through experiences and interactions, but found with wandering it's challenging to complete large projects. Meanwhile I have been organizing the structure of homes and estates for efficient flow with awareness of the 'big picture' for what works well, and doing coaching series to aid in my clients feeling supported to unfurl their potential to listen deep and true. As well, in the last few years I have started dabbling in archetypal constellation play by the methods used in Systemic Constellation work, an insightful way to see what we had not consciously suspected.
